Altitude Services LLC is a Dallas-based construction company specializing in historical restoration, masonry, concrete, paint and coatings, plaster work, and commercial construction. We take pride in preserving historic places while delivering safe, professional, high-quality work for commercial clients throughout Texas.

We are hiring Concrete Laborers to support our field crews on restoration and commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on role for dependable workers who are willing to learn, follow directions, work safely, and contribute to a strong team environment. Prior construction or concrete experience is helpful, but we are also open to hardworking candidates with the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist foremen and crew members with concrete and restoration work
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
• Help with site preparation, demolition, cleanup, forming, mixing, pouring, repair, and finishing support
• Follow directions and complete assigned tasks on time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Use basic hand tools and construction equipment safely
• Support masonry, coatings, plaster, and restoration crews as needed
• Travel to project sites throughout Texas
• Uphold company values of craftsmanship, integrity, respect, and preservation

Qualifications

• Construction, concrete, masonry, restoration, or general labor experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and ability to show up ready to work
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, stand, and work in active jobsite conditions
• Safety-minded and respectful on the job
• Willing and able to travel throughout Texas
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Pay and Benefits

• Full-Time. W-2 Employment
• Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Overtime opportunities may be available depending on project schedule
• Per diem provided for travel-related work
• Paid holidays. Six per year
• Hands-on training and growth opportunities
• Work on unique historical restoration and commercial construction projects
